Weeks Design is an interior and exterior design firm located in Costa Mesa, California since 2015. Our approach to design is to work closely with our trades and clients to specify and procure beautiful interiors. We pride ourselves in being a very accessible design firm in order to create personal relationships that result in tailored projects specific to each individual client. Each client receives attention, unparalleled communication, and forethought.
Janine Weeks, owner and principal designer, truly enjoys being the liaison between contractors and client, bridging the relationship for efficiency and ease for all parties involved. Exact results are our priority and we use a variety of technology and resources to achieve this goal.
Janine’s unique perspective is to place herself in the inhabitants’ role, concerning herself with how the person feels in the space. Her personal mantra for this process is: "Design is a backdrop for living." She firmly believes that aesthetics have to come in close second to the functionality of the space. In our modern world, good design is marrying technology with comfort and beauty, which results in an easier and safer way to live, work, and play.
Janine Weeks has a Bachelor of Arts from IDI in Interior Design, as well as an Associates degree in business and photography. She has been working in interior design since 2008 beginning with commercial offices in Southern and Northern California. This lead to residential design for business owners and from then, her design work expanded to award winning model home design, healthcare design, and hospitality design on the Lido House Hotel in Newport Beach, California. Our team of professionals has grown to include a very talented group of individuals with a broad spectrum of experience in visual merchandising, 3D rendering, staging, accessorizing, and deep knowledge in the world of hospitality design. This has infused our firm with a unique blend of skills allowing us to design diversely and with experience. Our residential projects have been completed in most cities of Orange County, California as well as Santa Ynez, Arizona, Idaho, and Hawaii.
When not immersing herself in art and design work, Janine Weeks enjoys an active lifestyle with friends and family, traveling, writing, reading, and watching sports, especially the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
